TWO BROKE GIRLS (AND THEIR CUPCAKES)

For anyone who has seen the T.V. show Two Broke Girls, you will know it is about two young women (one a former trust fund heiress) who are struggling to get by in NY and dream of starting a cupcake business.

Well, having watched the endless scenes of Max (one of the characters,) baking and selling red velvet and coconut coffee (to name a few) cupcakes, I’ve become a bit obsessed with the need to eat and draw them. Also I found an amazing pink neon fine liner pen in the street and it seems to work well with something as froofy as cupcakes.

I absolutely love the detail of the chalk drawings and the precision that they have achieved with their typography and illustration.
